100h Yoga Intensive Training

Do you practice yoga and would like to learn more about this abundant practice and philosophy? Are you a yoga teacher? Have you just finished a teacher training course and would like to deepen your practice?

From Jan - May 2024 Claire will offer a process-oriented course that will deeply transform you and your understanding of the practices of yoga. The main focus will be on the practice of the various aspects of Hatha Yoga

• Functionally correct alignment of asanas and understanding of appropriate use of yoga props, including the yoga chair.
• Principles of hands-on adjustments
• Kriya and Pranayama practice.
• Various meditation techniques - seated meditation, walking meditation, the 4 cardinal directions meditation, etc.
• Mantra practice
• In addition, you will deepen your knowledge of functional anatomy, the subtle yoga body, (chakras, koshas, nadis, vayus, bandhas) and yoga philosophy.
• There is space for your concerns as a yoga teacher or practitioner. Claire will accompany you on your path, and in group or individual sessions we will clarify your questions.
