When we remember who we truly are and begin to live from this space of inner truth, something beautiful happens: we start to shine. From this connection arises a deep sense of peace – and with it, the path to a life filled with meaning, joy, and authenticity.

I’m here to support you with a rich variety of offerings: from weekly yoga classes for all levels, to nourishing retreats and in-depth training courses where we can explore the practice together on a deeper level.

For moments of pure relaxation and integration, I also offer a selection of massages designed to harmonize body and mind. Take your time, explore, and follow what resonates.

I have been walking the path of yoga for over 30 years – a silent, sacred journey that continues to teach me, to soften and strengthen me, and to guide me home to the essence of who I am. This practice is a living stream of light – a source of joy, inner stillness, and deep receptivity to the flow of life. It nourishes and sustains me on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Most profoundly, it has supported me in living my soul’s greatest calling: motherhood. In the sacred unfolding of raising my three radiant and vibrant children – my greatest teachers – yoga has been my anchor, my sanctuary, and my prayer in motion.

On the surface, the physical practice of yoga supports us with health, strength, and flexibility – it builds a resilient, grounded body and enhances our vitality. But the true magic lies beneath.
With time, the practice begins to quiet the mind, shift our patterns, and open the heart. It becomes a transformative path – one that reaches far beyond the physical, gently guiding us inward.

Yoga touches us on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It invites us to remember who we truly are – and to live from that place of deep inner truth and connection.

Massage and mindful touch are more than physical practices — they are an invitation into presence, into wholeness.
They awaken the flow of blood and lymph, nourish the body with breath and oxygen, and gently release held tension from deep within the muscles.

But the true healing unfolds in silence, beneath the surface. Through conscious, loving touch, the nervous system is soothed, the breath begins to deepen, and the heart remembers what it means to rest. In this space of safety and stillness, the body softens — and the soul is given permission to exhale.
Here, true regeneration can arise: a quiet homecoming for body, mind, and spirit.

THERAPY

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and expanded inner awareness, in which the mind becomes especially open to positive, transformative suggestions.

In this calm and focused state, the constant stream of everyday thoughts begins to fade. What remains is a clear space – a return to the essential, where clarity, insight, and healing can unfold.

Hypnotherapy gently guides the client into this state of heightened concentration, where new perspectives can arise, old patterns can be released, and deep inner shifts become possible.

Through guided relaxation and intuitive support, the subconscious becomes accessible – a powerful gateway for resolving inner blockages, dissolving fears, and awakening your own innate resources for change and growth.
