I have the honor of representing the Swiss Yoga Association this year and will be offering two yoga classes daily: from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. for morning practice to prepare us for the day and the exciting lectures, and from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. to end the day with a calming practice.
