Learn to sing mantras from a space of joy and natural evolvement

This Sunday is dedicated to deepen your Mantra Practice and to overcoming inhibitions so that you are able to include mantras with joy and lightness in your yoga classes. This day is for yoga teachers who would like to start singing mantras with their groups but have so far avoided doing so out of fear or lack of confidence. This workshop is also open to anyone interested in deepening her/his mantra practice.

Included in the day is a full asana class and pranayama practice.
