Retreat in Country House Montessino

In this intensive yoga week we delve into the wide range of yoga practice:

We greet the day in silence on the beautiful meditation deck outside in nature. Afterwards we go to a Kriya & Pranayama practice about. We then move in silence into the beautiful yoga room with a view of the surrounding nature. The evening practice begins with mantra, followed by exchange of philosophy/discussion/questions. The day ends with a quiet restorative/yin yoga practice.

The place: Ottiglio, Alessandria. (4 hours drive from Zurich) We spend our week in the beautiful, newly renovated boutique hotel Country House Montessino, Italy. In the distant past, on one of the picturesque hills of Monferrato, the hamlet of Montessino belonged to a large Italian wine-growing family. In 2016, Claudia and Alessandro purchased one of the historic houses (built in 1850) and restored it with great passion and attention to detail.
