Yoga - come home to the Self In this intense yoga week (5 hours per day) we practice holistic yoga. The morning sessions begin in silence, with meditation and pranayama, and then flow into a dynamic asana practice, while the evening session unfolds more calmly, with a regenerating effect. During this week you have the opportunity to put daily life behind you and to immerse yourself deeply in your yoga practice, thereby connecting with your inner essence, restoring energy and creating a sustainable healing space. Claire offers you an integrated practice that creates awareness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional. All this through moments of stillness in meditation, moments of concentration in pranayama (breathwork) and through the precise practice of asanas (yoga postures).
