The morning sessions begin in silence, with meditation and pranayama, and then flow into a dynamic asana practice, while the evening session unfolds more calmly, with a regenerating effect. This week you have the opportunity to put your everyday life behind you to immerse yourself in your deep-acting yoga practice, thereby connecting with your inner self, drawing energy and creating a sustainable healing space. This connection offers you the opportunity to experience freedom on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and to arrive with yourself. Claire offers you an integrated practice that creates awareness on all levels. All this through moments of stillness in meditation, moments of concentration in pranayama (breathwork) and through the precise practice of asanas (yoga postures).
