From Jan - May 2026 Claire will offer a process-oriented course that will deeply transform you and your understanding of the practices of yoga. The main focus will be on the practice of the various aspects of Hatha Yoga

Functionally correct alignment of asanas and understanding of appropriate use of yoga props, including the yoga chair.
Principles of hands-on adjustments
Kriya and Pranayama practice.
Various meditation techniques - seated meditation, walking meditation, the 4 cardinal directions meditation, etc.
Mantra practice
In addition, you will deepen your knowledge of functional anatomy, the subtle yoga body, (chakras, koshas, nadis, vayus, bandhas) and yoga philosophy.
There is space for your concerns as a yoga teacher or practitioner. Claire will accompany you on your path, and in group or individual sessions we will clarify your questions.
