My full body massage is based on classical massage, one of the most well-known and most widely-used massage forms. However throughout the years I have learnt a variety of techniques which I include and apply where appropriate: (trigger point, deep tissue massage, relaxing, soothing techniques, manual therapy, foot reflexology) The skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles are warmed, kneaded and relaxed through these various techniques.
Indications for full-body massage
Tension, disease in the muscular-skeletal system, Knots in muscle tissue (e.g. after intensive sport training or sitting for long periods of time), Headaches, Tense back and neck muscles, Limited movement (e.g. due to tense or shortened muscles).
Intense back and neck massage
An intense back and neck massage feels very calming and relaxing especially because our back and neck muscles are often strained due to bad posture or sitting for long periods of time.
I use a base of pure almond oil and mix in essential oils according to our needs.
